We don’t sell any Beverage items, Medicine, Grocery, Food Items, Hardware, Building Materials, Heavy Appliances, Any used/broken/damaged items and related items. Just in case if you noticed any of the above mentioned items are being sold on Stylorian, please report to us @ email@example.com.

As of now our sellers are based in the USA and Canada.

Buyer’s privacy is the most important for us. So, we are partnered with both Stripe and PayPal. Therefore all your payment related information is completely secure and protected by Stripe and PayPal.
What is the standard delivery time for Items?
Standard delivery time anywhere between 7-20 business days across USA/Canada depending on Source/Destination state/province. Due to the Covid-19 situation, most of the delivery times are getting slightly delayed across Globe, even longer than the standard delivery time.
Does Stylorian ship outside the USA and Canada?
Absolutely yes. But in that case International shipping charges are more likely to be applied.
What is the return policy?
Return policy varies from Seller’s to Seller’s. You can get the return policy for each seller from their shop. Most of the seller’s the standard return policy is 30 days. That means, you can return your item within 30 days after you receive it if the item is eligible for returns.
A buyer must abide by all of Stylorian’s policies and the seller’s own individual shop policies and sell and the item as described. Likewise, a seller must abide by the seller’s own individual policies when dealing other issues, for example, issues of damage and returns.
Buyers remorse is not a valid reason for requesting a refund from a seller. Prior to making a purchase, buyers should review all sellers policies regarding refunds, returns, and seller policies. Moreover, Stylorian is not responsible for Refund or Exchange for any items unless it is specifically sold by Stylorian and it is eligible for return.
How can we initiate return?
Please read the return policy for each seller from their shop. If the item is eligible for return then you should first initiate the refund from your account and then select the proper reason. Then your request should be addressed by the seller in the next three business days. If the seller agrees then he/she will replace the item or refund the amount only if the seller gets back the item within 30 days of your purchase. If the seller doesn’t respond within the next three business days then Stylorian will step in the process and resolve it.
