We know what we are selling. Each item when dropped to our marketplace goes through our authentication process. We check the source of the item, review of the item as well as the seller. So, our items are already vetted. We also have a mission to help as many local quality sellers we can and to support them to survive their businesses. Also, all our item reviews are vetted. Only legit buyers can write a review. That creates the review more authentic. Also our payout is real time, so payout will be in your wallet as soon as you sell it.
Which countries would the sellers be located from?
For now USA and Canada only.
How will the sellers be verified in the on boarding process?
Sellers will first have to register them with Full Legal name, Business Name, SSN/Tax ID and all related information. Then Banking Information and Card information will have to be submitted to Stripe. The seller’s bank information will be verified with the full legal name or business name he/she would provide through Stripe. Finally, the sellers will be finally reviewed by Stylorian based on the reviews(google, Shopify or any other platform), which product source he/she will use in Stylorian, quality of the items he/she is selling etc.
How much commission does Stylorian take for each Subscription?
First three months are completely free. After that, Stylorian takes only only 13% commission on sales price that includes Stripe/Paypal transaction fee almost 3%. So, 87% will be the seller’s payout. No hidden cost. If there is a discount then Stylorian will bear the discount for the seller reducing our own commission without cutting the seller’s payout. Our commission is still lowest in the market.
How frequently is your payout structure?
Our payout structure is real time. Means, as soon as you sell your Stylorian Wallet will get credited. After you withdraw, the money will get deposited to your bank account in the next few days.
Is there any listing fee for items?
We don’t have any listing fee for any items. You can list as many products you want without any listing fees.
Is there any monthly or yearly subscription fee?
We don’t have any subscription fee monthly/yearly at the moment. It’s absolutely FREE.
What is the payout process does Stylorian follow?
After each successful transaction, we cut the tax and then from the net sale price we will credit you 87% as payout on your wallet in the next few days. It’s very straight forward.
Is there any transaction fee from Stylorian’s side?
There is a Transaction fee from Stripe and Paypal of almost 3%. But that cost will also be taken care of by us for the sellers.
Do I need to have my own domain to register as a Seller in Stylorian?
Not at all. You can simply register yourself first and then upload your own product or import POD or drop-ship products using our plug in.
If I already have a store in Ecommerce can I import the products from there to my Stylorian shop?
Absolutely Yes. We are already integrated with Shopify. It’s just a matter of a few clicks with our integration. It’s that simple. We are also integrating with other Ecommerce platforms as well. Will keep you posted further.
What Print on Demand companies has Stylorian been integrated with?
Currently we have integration with Printful and Printify.
If I don’t have any already existing ecommerce stores still shall I be able to open a shop?
You don’t need to have an existing Ecommerce Store. You can simply upload your own products manually or import POD products from Printful/Printify through our plug in.
How do I calculate Tax on Stylorian?
As a seller you don’t need to impose any taxes on any item using our platform. We have our Tax API, which calculates the tax based on the nexus. So, we collect the sales tax from the buyers.
What is the return policy?
Return policy varies from Seller’s to Seller’s. You can get the return policy for each seller from their shop. Most of the seller’s the standard return policy is 30 days. That means, you can return your item within 30 days after you receive it if the item is eligible for returns.
A buyer must abide by all of Stylorian’s policies and the seller’s own individual shop policies and sell and the item as described. Likewise, a seller must abide by the seller’s own individual policies when dealing other issues, for example, issues of damage and returns.
Buyers remorse is not a valid reason for requesting a refund from a seller. Prior to making a purchase, buyers should review all sellers policies regarding refunds, returns, and seller policies. Moreover, Stylorian is not responsible for Refund or Exchange for any items unless it is specifically sold by Stylorian and it is eligible for return.
How can we initiate return?
Please read the return policy for each seller from their shop. If the item is eligible for return then you should first initiate the refund from your account and then select the proper reason. Then your request should be addressed by the seller in the next three business days. If the seller agrees then he/she will replace the item or refund the amount only if the seller gets back the item within 30 days of your purchase. If the seller doesn’t respond within the next three business days then Stylorian will step in the process and resolve it.
